Do Not Call Policy

Our Commitment

North Texas Cash For Homes ("we," "us," or "Company") is committed to respecting your communication preferences and complying with all applicable laws regarding telemarketing, text messaging, and outbound communications, including:

• The federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227
• The federal Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), 16 C.F.R. Part 310
• The FCC Do Not Call rules, including 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200
• The Texas Business & Commerce Code Chapter 302 (Texas No Call List)
• Other applicable state laws governing telephone solicitations

This Do Not Call Policy describes how you can opt out of communications from us and how we maintain our internal Do Not Call list.

How to Opt Out

You have multiple ways to stop receiving calls, texts, or other marketing communications from us. Each method below will result in your number being added to our internal Do Not Call list within a reasonable time after we receive your request.

When making an opt-out request, please include:

• Your full name
• The phone number(s) you want added to our Do Not Call list
• The property address (if known) associated with our prior communications
• A clear statement that you do not want us to contact you

Internal Do Not Call List

We maintain an internal Do Not Call list of consumers who have requested not to receive marketing calls or texts from us. When you opt out:

• Your phone number(s) will be added to our internal Do Not Call list within a reasonable time, typically within 1 to 30 days
• Your number(s) will remain on this list indefinitely, unless you affirmatively request to receive communications again
• We will instruct our employees, agents, vendors, and third-party callers to not contact your number(s) for marketing purposes
• Your opt-out applies to marketing communications; we may still contact you regarding existing transactions or legally required communications

National Do Not Call Registry

In addition to our internal list, the federal government maintains the National Do Not Call Registry. You can register your phone number to reduce telemarketing calls from most companies:

• By phone: 1-888-382-1222 (call from the number you want to register)

Registration is free and does not expire. We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and scrub our outbound calling lists against it at least every 31 days. However, if you have given us your express written consent to contact you (for example, by submitting a form on our Site), we may still contact you under the law unless you separately opt out with us directly.

Texas No Call List

Texas residents may also register on the Texas No Call List, maintained by the Texas Public Utility Commission:

We comply with Texas Business & Commerce Code Chapter 302 and the Texas No Call List requirements.

Calling Times

We do not make outbound marketing calls before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. in the local time zone of the called party, in compliance with FCC and FTC rules. If you receive a marketing call from us outside these hours, please notify us immediately.

Identification

When we make outbound marketing calls, our representatives identify themselves by name, identify North Texas Cash For Homes as the company on whose behalf the call is being made, and provide a phone number or other means by which you may contact us. If you receive a call claiming to be from us where this information is not provided, the call may not be from our company — please contact us to verify.

Existing Business Relationship

If you have an existing business relationship with us (for example, you submitted a form, called us, or signed a contract with us), we may contact you regarding that relationship even if your number is on the National Do Not Call Registry or Texas No Call List. However, your opt-out request to our internal Do Not Call list will override any prior consent and stop further marketing communications from us.

Effect of Opting Out

If you opt out:

• We will stop sending marketing calls, texts, voicemails, and emails to you
• If you are in the middle of an active transaction with us, we may still contact you regarding that transaction (e.g., closing logistics)
• If you previously submitted a form requesting an offer and we have not yet contacted you, your opt-out will prevent that contact
• You may still receive certain legally required communications (e.g., transaction disclosures, legal notices)

Complaints

If you believe we have violated this Do Not Call Policy or applicable law, please contact us immediately at dnc@northtexascashforhomes.com. We take compliance seriously and will investigate every complaint promptly.

Training & Recordkeeping

We train our personnel and any third-party callers acting on our behalf on these Do Not Call procedures. We maintain records of opt-out requests for the period required by applicable law (typically a minimum of five years).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Do Not Call Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
